Refurbishment of prestige office block

Refurbishment of this building in London took place in 2008/9 and consisted of BSB supplying and commissioning an addressable damper control panel and 78 fire/smoke dampers.

Whilst the fire engineering strategy was comprehensive and had to incorporate for hot smoke extract from the relevant zone in alarm, close working relations with the fire alarms and BMS companies provided the solution. BSB also provided facility for environmental shutdown of the dampers during periods of non-occupation.
