BSB Processes and Manufacturing Control
BSB
have, due to the complexity of its product ranges, developed its
own manufacturing processes, which are unique to systems and procedures
that are available on the market.
Shown
are some of the machines used in the production of these products
to ensure throughhput and accuracy.
BSB
manufacture all standard sizes in batch quantities for stock to
enable despatch delays to be kept to a minimum.
BSB
regularly manufacture non-standard size product and have computer
aided design (CAD) facilities to assist in this service.
BSB's
quality control procedures are borne from product design, specific
component and product manufacturing process through to final assembly
by machine, jigs and tooling.
Testing and Conformances
Where relevant, all BSB products are tested and conform to national and/or international specifications.
