Skilled Workforce:

Home to approximately 140 employees, many with 10–30 years’ tenure—testament to the company’s culture of retention and career development.

BSB’s products are proudly made in the UK at our purpose-built facility in Kent, a prime logistics hub that allows for rapid delivery both nationwide and internationally.

Every product is manufactured and tested to meet stringent standards, including BS EN 15650, BS EN 13501-3, MED, USCG, Lloyd’s Register, and SOLAS. Beyond our manufacturing capabilities, the move to a modern facility has had a noticeable impact on team morale.

Staff have described the environment as “a real boost,” reflected in increased retention, improved training, and a stronger workplace culture overall.
