The MFD-IC Motorised Single Blade Fire Damper is an EIS-classified circular fire damper designed to maintain compartmentation where ductwork passes through fire-resisting walls and floors. Its compact construction makes it particularly suited to installations where available space is limited.
The damper incorporates a pre-formed installation plate which acts as a fixing template, allowing fast and accurate positioning on site and supporting efficient installation. Independently third-party tested and certified, the MFD-IC provides integrity, insulation and smoke leakage performance in accordance with recognised European fire damper standards.

Product application
The MFD-IC is suitable for installation in drywall partitions, masonry walls and masonry floors where the fire strategy requires integrity, insulation and smoke leakage performance. Its compact design can assist with coordination in restricted ceiling voids, service risers and other space-constrained applications.
The damper is suitable for use within ventilation systems that penetrate fire-resisting elements, helping to maintain compartmentation and support the overall fire safety strategy of the building.

The MFD-IC Motorised Fire Damper Insulated Circle is suitable for use in drywall partitions, masonry walls, and masonry floors and is independently 3rd party tested and certified to the following standards:
- EIS classified to BS EN 1366-2 and BS EN 13501-3
- CE marked complying with EN 15650
- Replaceable thermal fuse element from outside of the duct
- Volume control capability via modulating actuator
- IP54 rated actuator with test switch for periodic testing
- Actuator can be installed in three different positions
